I Deviathan nominate Manikfan (talk • contribs), who is a Malikan, the only Divehi (Mahl) speaking island other than Maldives as an Administrator. He had his first contribution on January 6, 2010.

oppose We would love to have a Malikan as an admin in our wikipedia, but the admin rights should be given according to the rules of the wikipedia. First, he should read [[1]] and must be qualified to be nominated. (Firstly he should have to be 6 months active in this wikipedia, before he could be nominated, and i would like to highlight that it has been only 5 months)
