ކަނާތު އެޓްރީއަމް ނުވަތަ (އިނގިރޭސި ބަހުން: Right atrium) އަކީ ހިތް ބެހިފައިވާ 4 ބައިގެ ތެރެއިން ކަނާތް ފަރާތުން މަތީގައި އިންނަ ބައެވެ. ކަނާތު އެޓްރީއަމް އަށް އިންފިރިއާ ވީނާ ކޭވާ(Inferior vena cava) އަދި ސްޕީރިއާ ވީނާ ކޭވާ(Superior vena cava) އިން އޮކްސިޖަން އެކުނުލެވޭ ހަށިގަނޑުގެ އެކި ހިސާބުތަކުން ގެނެސްދެއެވެ. އެއަށްފަހު މިލޭ ޓްރައި ކަސްޕިޑް ވޭލް(Tricuspid valve) ހުރަސްކޮށް ކަނާތު ވެންޓްރިކަލް އަށް ފޮނުވާލައެވެ.
