ހެލްޕަރ ޓީ ސެލް ނުވަތަ (އިނގިރޭސި ބަހުން: Helper T cell) ތަކުގެ ބޭރު ފަށަލައިގައި ސީޑީ4 ކިޔާ ފްރޮޓީންއެއް ހުރެެއެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން މިސެލްތަކަށް ސީޑީ4 ޓީ ސެލް އޭ ވެސް ކިޔައި އުޅެއެވެ. އަދި މިސެލްތަކުން ސައިޓަކައިން(Cytokine) ކިޔާ މާއްދާއެއް ބޭރުކުރެއެވެ. ސައިޓަކައިން ހަށިދަމަނަ އުފައްދާ ޕްލާޒްމާ ސެލް(Plasma cell) އުފެއްދުމަށް ބީ ލިމްފަސައިޓް އަށް ބާރު އަޅައެވެ. މީގެ އިތުރުން ސައިޓަޓޮކްސިކް ޓީ ސެލް(Cytotoxic T-cell) ތަކާއި އަދި ސަޕްރެޝަރ ޓީ ސެލް(Suppressor T-cell) ތައް އުފެއްދުމަށް ބާރުއެޅުމާއެކު، މެކްރަފޭޖްތައް ހީވާގި ކުރުވައެވެ. އޭޑްސް ބަލި ހަމަލާދެނީ މި ސެލްތަކަށެވެ. ނަތީޖާއެއްެގެ ގޮތުން ހަށިގަނޑުގެ ދިފާޢީ ނިޒާމްގެ ބާރު ފަސޭހަކަމާއެކު ދަށްކޮށްލައެވެ.
